The 60 watt, no doubt in my opinion.
Tube amps run distortion so much better than solid states, or the preamp tubes. If I were getting a new amp to play overdriven with, I'd go with the full-on tube amp. If you get the one with the Preamp Tube, it's going to still sound more like a solid state, and they just sound so mushy when overdriven.
