What's a good 15-25 watt starter amp that I can buy for home practice that is cheap and has good features?
I'm gonna throw a POD in, so I don't care much about what the actual amp has to offer except for sound quality and sound amount.

Since you don't need any effects, the Fender Frontman 25R is good. Ibanez TBX30R is OK for $150. For $260 though you can get the Behringer GMX212 with 100 watts and use it for everything - just use your POD and turn off the amp effects.
