How much should I sell the Vox VT15 amp for?

Its in mint condition. No marks or scratches or dents. Works like brand new. Im planning on selling it. Also, Im planning on selling this amp too

Mint condition or not - they are still used amps. It's not like they're collectible or anything. No matter what nobody with any sense is going to pay you a new amp price for used gear. You're going to have to be realistic to get a quick sale..
For quick sale prices -
The VOX - best street price new is around $150-155. I'd try for $125 and probably take $100 cash
The Fender - Best street price new is around $55-60. I'd try for $50 and take $45 cash.
Or put together a killer package deal - $160 for both (and maybe take 140-50). CASH. By cash I mean actual greenbacks, not a check.
Make sure you have the buyer sign an "as-is and hold harmless" receipt so they can't come back to you about warranty, etc. - This XXXXXXX is sold totally as-is with no warranty express or implied...buyer agrees to look solely to the manufacturer should the device malfunction... holding XXXXXX (you) harmless.
That completely take you off the hook. If they don't like that - then go buy one for retail from a store. They get a good deal because they're willing to give up any warranty coverage, etc.
When you advertise them - use Craigslist for example - and list the retail price.

BOTH for $160 cash firm
This is an as-is listing. All sales final.
I'd use "firm" in my listing even if you might bend a little.
