im planning on losing 15 pounds this summer. this is my diet plan: only meat, vegetables, fruits, grains, milk, water, and orange juice. im trying not to eat anything man made
my exercise plan:
for legs:
jumping rope 5 mins
squats 100
rollerblading:20 mins
the ones when you try to sit on the wall: as long as i can
abs:
when you lay down and put Your hands on your head and bring them up: 50 of them
jackknifes: 20 of them
arms:
NOTHING HELP?? I HAVE 5 PUNDS WEIGHTS!!

im done growing. i have only 2 more inches to grow. i went through puberty early
Okay you're exercising WAAAAAY too much. If you're doing that every single day? You're completely overworking your body. You should be dividing all that up over 7 days, leaving days for rest. Also, you barely have any cardio. What you're doing is just going to build muscle, it won't help you lose weight. Cardio is any exercise that makes you sweat and makes your heart beat faster. You need to be jogging, biking, etc. if you have any hope to lose weight.
Also, it's not just about what you eat but how much of it. Even if you're eating all healthy foods, if you're eating a ton of it at every meal, it's not going to do you any favors. Try to have 6 SMALL meals a day, instead of 3 big ones. This will keep your metabolism running all day, which helps you lose weight faster. Control your portion sizes as well. Also, try to make your meals at least 70% composed of vegetables. Fruit is full of sugar, which has lots of calories, so don't load up on fruit. Maybe eat one fruit with every meal. Also, meat has a lot of fat in it so try to only eat a little bit of meat with every meal, and try to eat LEAN meat (which is meat with the fat trimmed)
Just to let you know, you don't have any weight to lose, ESPECIALLY not as much as 15 pounds. You're going to continue to grow and the weight will be more evenly distributed. If you wanted, you should lose 5 pounds at the MOST, definitely not 15. At your young age that's way too much to lose unless you're severely overweight, which you are nowhere near.
EDIT
At 11 you're probably not done growing, even if you went through puberty early. People tend to grow at least a little bit until they're 18-21. You never know when you'll stop growing, regardless of the heights of your parents (My mom is 5'6 and my dad is 5'8, but my brother is 6'4 and still growing).
Even if you were completely done growing you still wouldn't be anywhere close to overweight.
